Adding motion to a lifesaving mission

When Wiltshire Air Ambulance rebranded to become Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance, the charity needed more than just a new logo — it needed a version that moved with purpose. I had the pleasure of animating their new identity to reflect the energy, speed, and life-saving mission behind the brand. The animation was designed to be bold, memorable, and instantly recognisable, just like their helicopter, which can reach Bath city centre in under four minutes.
Animated logos are everywhere right now — and for good reason:

This animation helped introduce the new look with a sense of urgency and clarity that aligned with the charity’s mission. It was used across social media, presentations, and launch materials to strengthen brand recognition and reinforce their commitment to both Wiltshire and Bath.

The visual identity was created by the talented team at Rednine, and I animated the logo as part of my previous role at Digital Wonderlab. We also refreshed their website to reflect the updated brand — more on that soon!
